Created in 1993, the Institut Européen de Biologie cellulaire (IEB) is a research facility as well as a development center for cosmetic actives, bringing together scientists from the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry. The original scientific approach of IEB allows the research team to develop and produce innovative biomimetic peptides used by the largest cosmetic companies.
As of January 2008, IEB has joined the Unipex Group to mainly develop proprietary active concepts for Unipex Innovations, one of the Unipex Group’s business unit.
